This website is owned and operated by 2ND ONE ApS. The company's registered office is at Ryesgade 19C, 2200 Copenhagen N, Denmark. The company's registered CVR number is 34882177. These terms and conditions include general terms and conditions for the use of this website. These relates to the services provided at the sale and purchase of products through this website. Please read these terms and conditions carefully, as these will be subject to any purchase made on this website and services provided by 2ND ONE.
 

Private Policy

2ND ONE are committed to protecting your privacy. Authorized employees within the company on a need to know basis only use any information collected from individual customers. We constantly review our systems and data to ensure the best possible service to our customers. Parliament has created specific offences for unauthorized actions against computer systems and data. We will investigate any such actions with a view to prosecuting and/or taking civil proceedings to recover damages against those responsible.


When you complete a purchase on our webshop, we collect personal data with the purpose of: 

1. Delivery of goods and invoicing, as well as other communication concerning the purchase

2. Newsletters and / or other marketing activities, should you choose to accept the aforementioned

Your data is stored on a dedicated server at our hosting partner in Denmark.

Deletion of Data:

You can always ask us to delete data on your request. Please note that some of the data can be covered by legislation that prevent us from deleting it, such as the Danish Financial Statements Act.

 

Delivery Policy

All parcels are shipped with GLS. However, in Sweden, Norway and Finland your parcel may be handed over to another company, when it crosses the border of your country. You can find information about GLS and their partners at the GLS webpage.

In all countries you can ship to a private address or a business address. In some countries it is also possible to have the parcel delivered to a ParcelShop, which are specified below.

  • Finland – Delivery est. 3-5 weekdays – 90 DKK

  • Island – Delivery est. 3-5 weekdays – 340 DKK

  • United Kingdom – Delivery est. 3-5 weekdays – 80 DKK

  • Ireland - Delivery est. 3-5 weekdays – 90 DKK

  • Germany – Delivery est. 3-5 weekdays – 50 DKK – Self-selected GLS ParcelShop can be selected as form of delivery

  • Poland – Delivery est. 3-5 weekdays – 110 DKK

The estimated delivery times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take possible delays, such as payment authorization, custom issue or postponements in shipping, into consideration. The time of delivery is estimated from the date of dispatch.

When an order is dispatched from our warehouse, we are unable to re-direct the order.

Taxes & Duties

Orders made outside of the European Union will have Danish VAT charged on them - this cannot be changed, as this is against regulations. However, please note that local charges (customs, duty, sales tax etc.) may be added to the order, and these charges are at the customer's own expense. The costs varies from country to country and depend on the size of the order. 2ND ONE does not hold liability for these costs.


Return Policy

We hope you are satisfied with your 2ND ONE order, but should you be unhappy with any of our products, they can be returned to us. You can choose to exchange the product(s) to a different size or style (provided the price level is the same) or get a refund, provided that the following is met:

  • You must be aware that we have a 30 days’ return policy starting from the day you receive the parcel. If you wish to return or exchange your order, fill out the enclosed return form and return the parcel within this 30-day period.

  • The return parcel must include the return form provided with the order. This must be filled out with all information asked for, so that we are able to identify the return quickly.  

  • Products must be in original condition and must not be worn, altered or washed when returned. All tags must still be attached.

  • When returning the products, you should make sure that they are securely wrapped. You are responsible for the package/products until received by us.

Refund Information:


All refunds are made to the credit card used when placing the order. We cannot credit the amount back to another account.


Payment

We accept the following credit cards:
We use the payment solution ePay, which is certified according to the highest level of PCI standard. These standards require compliance with more than 200 security controls. All your credit card information is SSL-encrypted and only accessible for ePay. If your credit card is 3D secure valid, you will go through the 3D secure check. If not, you will go through a normal SSL-encrypted check-out.

Guarantee

The customer has the right to claim the guarantee for a product up till two years.

If you as a customer wants to claim guarantee, please write us an email at webassistant@fiveunit.dk to explain your reason for want the guarantee. The products must then be send back to us for evaluation.

If the claim department accepts your claim for guarantee, we will replace the product with a new product or a product of similar style. Furthermore, if we accept the claim for guarantee, we will cover the shipping costs.

Cookies

We use cookies on our website for the purpose of retrieving user information for each visit. This information is used to improve areas of the site to enhance functionality and to ease the use of the site for people visiting. Furthermore, this information may also be used for marketing purposes or alike.

Leveringspolitik

Alle pakker bliver sendt med GLS. I Sverige, Norge og Finland bliver Deres pakke muligvis overgivet til en anden virksomhed ved grænsen til dit land. De kan finde information omkring GLS of Deres partnere her: GLS .

Danmark – Leveringstid: 1-4 hverdag(e) – 0 DKK til 49 DKK – Vælg mellem levering til en selvvalgt GLS pakkeshop, privatadresse eller firmaadresse.

De anslået leveringstider er kun vejledende, og leveringstiderne tager derfor ikke forsinkelser pga. betalingsproblemer, grænsekontrol eller udsættelser i forsendelse i betragtning. Leveringstiden er anslået fra den dato pakken er afsendt.

Når en ordre er afsendt fra vores lager, kan vi ikke ændre i givne informationer.

Returpolitik

Vi håber De er tilfreds med Deres 2ND ONE ordre, men skulle De være utilfreds med vores produkter, kan det/disse returneres til os. De kan vælge at ombytte produktet til en anden størrelse eller style (så længe prisniveauet stemmer overens) eller få refunderet beløbet, så længe det følgende betingelser er mødt:

  • De skal være bevidst om, at vi har en 30 dages returpolitik, som starter fra den dag De modtager Deres pakke. Hvis De ønsker at returnere eller ombytte Deres ordre, bedes De udfylde den vedlagte returformel og returnere pakken inden for denne 30 dages periode.

  • Produktet/produkterne som returneres skal være ubrugte og uden skader med originale mærker, og pakket i en ansvarlig lukket pakke.

  • Returpakken skal inkludere den returformel der medfølger ordren, og fyldes ud med alt information, så vi hurtigt kan identificere den.

  • Når De returnerer Deres ordre betaler De som kunde forsendelses omkostninger tilbage til os. Hvis De ønsker at ombytte produktet til en anden størrelse eller style betaler vi for forsendelsesomkostningerne tilbage til Dem.

Vi bruger betalingsløsningen ePay, hvilket er attesteret ifølge PCIs højeste standarder. Disse standarder kræver overholdelse af mere end 200 sikkerhedskontroller.
